Classic valve with RT internals?

I was just sold classic valve (or what seems to be) and before the package arrived i was under the impression that this classic valve was an RT valve. Now that the valve has arrived i see that the valve is a classic valve with an 8 hole mod. Ive talked to the seller and he says that his local airsmith modded to valve to accept RT internals, and that the valve performs just as a RT valve would.

My question is, is this possible? RT interals in a classic valve? Or is the guy trying to pull the wool over my eyes? Thanks

I pretty much knew that and am already trying to get my money back, but i was just wondering if there is any truth to this guys story.

first i am gonna see if it is really "drilled for RT internals" because if it is, im not getting anywhere near the thing.
