    New RT and Flatline Tank

I turn the on/off on the tank to off and it still seems to be puttin out air because the micro line wont come off and if you try to force it you can hear it leak. The output of the tank says 200 when its set on off. Also the tank is pretty empty now sinse my fill station would not fill it all the way and when I turn the tank on it does not cock.

I'm guessing you're running Level 10. The LX setup tends to keep air in the line, even after you 'shoot it all out'.

What you'll need to do is install some type of degassing fitting, like a slide-check or a pro-connect. I went with the latter and it is very nice.

Even if you don't run LX, the gas in your line is residual. If you try to remove the macroline with 200psi left in the line, it will make a little POP sound, but it won't hurt anything. I WOULD NOT suggest trying that with more than 2-300psi in the line.

Im not running it with lvl 10. It does have a new foamie bolt I think though. One thing I want to know though is if it has pressure still why is the gun not cockd or able to fire the pin behidn the trigger acts as if its degassed. But maybe just because it has some pressure its still not enough to cock the gun for it to be able to fire the remaining pressure out.

Correct. There isn't enough airpressure to overcome the force of the spring.

And your sig is too big size wise. There are guidlines for it. Please look them up and follow them.

it is normal for the gun to have 200+ PSI left it in after it stopps shooting......that number goes to about 400PSI with level 10 in it.

you have to have a degasing valve.

take a look at this, bottom of the page.

"super multi-green mag" Cp barrels, LX bolt, no-rise, intelli, 47ci flatline, halo................
Red dragun body, turbo valve, 12" Boomstick, Spud magics anti-chop bolt with quickstrip, ELCD, nitroduck 68CI,Gas thru stock, 12V revy, AGD Warpfeed system
