    X-Mag electronics not turning on

Hey guys. The other day i was fiddling around with my trigger and all of the sudden all of the electronics just plain shut-off. The only things i know are NOT the cause of this are: the battery (fully charged) or the magnet on the trigger being too close to the HES ( i backed the magnet all the way back to make sure of this). It would be very helpful if you guys could create some sort of check list that I can just go down, try out on the gun, and see if it fixes it. Thanks a bunch guys! And PLEASE ask me questions if i can make anything more clear.

starting with the battery connectors/post on the frame
    the battery itself
    the battery lead wire(red)
    the ground wire(black)
the ground screw bottom of board
    HAL sensor wires
metal filings around board that can cause it to short out
other than that send to AGD

What were you doing with the trigger?

Were you playing with the magnet on the back of the trigger. If you had this magnet out and then put it in backwards, it will not work. The HES is polarity sensitive so the magnet on the back of the trigger only works one way.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.

Ok then. Take the board out of the grip frame. Run a tap into the screw hole where you removed the retainer screw that holds the board in place. Some of the xmags had problems here with the inside of this screww hole being annodized. The annodize prevents a good electrical ground that you need to run the electronics. Also, you may want to scuff the top of the post with a bit of sandpaper. This also helps with the electrical ground contact between the board and the frame.

Thanks guys, I fixed it. Seemed like the ground screw just needed to be tightened or sumthing.
