    Is there a Flatline 4500psi parts kit?

    I'm about to order MORE bumpers for my E-Mag (1 a day of play it seems like, lol)and decided to get any other O-Rings I need.

    I see the Flatline 3k kit, but any for the 4500? Will the 3k work with the 4500? No problems with my Flatline, just want to be prepared for the worst. I use my Flatline on my E-mag and soon to use it on my Angel Speed, so if this tank goes down.. I have two very expensive door stops, lol.

    I called AGD with the same question not too long ago and the answer I got was; "There are no 4500 reg seats available. The major difference between the two repair kits is the reg seat." I think there was a defect on the reg seats that has been resolved and AGD's backorder is being filled or will be filled soon. You might want to buy an extra valve repair kit as some of the o-rings can be used on the Flatline in a pinch and wait for the 4500 repair kits. HTH.

        Bumpers will wear out premature with LX bolts if they are left loose on the PT. You need to put some really tacky/stringy grease on the bottom side of the bumper and then put it on the PT and twist it around a bit to get it to lock onto the PT. That grease will help keep it from shifting around on the PT and wearing out in the center like they do.

        Just order an RT valve parts kit. That will have every o-ring for your E-Mag (except the black quad o-ring) and the o-rings in that parts kit will work in the 4.5K FL.

        The only o-rings that really need any service in the FL are the piston o-ring, reg. seat and the on/off o-ring.

        The piston o-ring is the same piston o-ring for the piston in all AGD guns. The reg. seat is a special urethane disk that is currently being redesigned. The on/off o-ring is the small o-ring that is used inbetween the black reg. body half and the brass retainer ring in the valve. It's also the same o-ring that there are two of along with the plastic spacer at the end of the reg. valve pin assembly that you'll see when you pull the assembly out of the valve.
