warp feed bodies question

do these bodies ONLY work w/ warp feed? i thought the warp feed was made to attach to the power feed. guess i need a little education, thanks

The warp feed hose has a simple "socket" end that just slides over the end of the 7/8" feed tube whether it's powerfeed, non-powerfeed or a right angle side feed like these X-Mags have. As long as it's that diameter you can slide it on. Now the warp feed is designed mainly to lower your hopper down so you are harder to see/hit in addition to it's faster feeding so it more useful on a powerfeed because you can take out the plug on the lower part of the power feed and swap a new longer one (provided by AGD) to the high side of the powerfeed. This allows you to attach the warp hose down low.

But notice how on a normal powerfeed there is a lot of extra metal tube just going up that is unneeded because you are feeding from below. Why not chop it off and cut down the profile even more? That is all a warp body is; a powerfeed with the unneeded metal removed to further reduce your profile.

yep that is what it is made for. The shortened power feed would make it hard to attach an elbow that would hold on tight because there is so little tube to slip on to.
