    My First Mag.

I am planning on buying a used '99 Automag RT-classic, with a benchmark double trigger, Dye Boomy, A.N.S Phase III Bolt, and a few other minor upgrades.

First off, for $300, is that a decent deal?

I'm going to have around $100-125 left over, and I'm going to have to use that ot buy a tank. I don't know much about the Phase III bolt, and if it prevents chops seeing as how I haven't shot that many rounds through it, but should I invest in a lvl 10?

Do the Intelliframe and warp feed basically go hand-in-hand? I havent seen or read much about the I-frame, so does anone care to fill me in or direct me with a link?

Thanks for reading my noob garbage.

yes i def. say invest on the lx you'll appreciate it alot
well the i-frame and warp do go hand in hand but i am not sure what you mean
when you fire the i-frame it automatically turns on the warp and loads another shot.
but wait until the warp ule's come out to get a warp
mayeb you shoudl invest in a ule trigegr instead of the I-frame

    your desicion
I knew not what I did but am now edumacated

the intelliframe is more than just intellifeed. its also the best feeling trigger you can get for your mag : ) the ANS bolt, you should probably get rid of. i have a phase 2, and luckily, it hasn't given me too many problems. some people have tons of problems with them though. it doesn't prevent chops like lvl 10, its just a venturi bolt.

        Mmmmmmm.... Intelliframe.
Echoing cheetah... it really is the best feeling trigger for the mag... IMHO, it's also the most comfy.

I got my classic mag with ANS Bolt and Windforce Bareel for 75$ is that a good deal? It works great and i know the guy didnt screw because well, he is my best friend who quit playing

If we all converted Rate of Fire from BPS to $/Minute, we would all play stock.

heretix, you got a great deal, and barfly, i suggest that you play with the rt as is before you get upgrades, see if the bolt chops, ect, and i know that alot of people cant stand the benchmark frames, but most everyone is in love with the intele, but if you want something unique, wait for the Y frame to come out, it will be sweet, also you should get the ULE trigger as soon as possible

              Thanks guys for the input.

Still my main question hasn't been answered, really.

Is $300 a good deal? I tried to talk him down to 225-250, but he won't budge, so I assumed he wasn't screwing me.

I don't recall any company making an aftermarket valve for the RT series (classic or not). Are you quite certain that you are getting an "RT" Mag or just a classic?

I know ANS made rear valve parts for the AutoMag A.I.R valve but no RT stuff.

Here is a link to my Classic RT (so you can compare). Does it at all resemble that? or better yet can you post the Ebay link?

If it's an RT then $300 is not that bad. I got my RT Pro for $280 on Ebay (but without any extras)

Oh, I'm 100% sure it's an RT. I've seen it in person. And I would post the pic, but it's not on ebay.

But wow, that gun is sexy as hell. I would like to caress it...ha.

If ya don't mind me asking, about how much was it to get it splashed like that?

                    Splash Cost

From PK it cost me about $200 with 4 other barrels done also. I was pretty happy with it.

                      That's sweet.

one last question....The difference between an RT pro and a classic RT is....?

                        weight.

That and the Classic RT cannot take some upgrades out for the rest of the Airgun line like: ULE bodies and Xvalves. I still love mine though
