RT valve, a few q's

I have couple questions, please no flaming

I just got a ReTro valve, so do I need Automag Parts Kits, or RT Parts kits?

What is the best input pressure?

What is the true max ROF of the retro valve, i saw 34 and 26....?

I have a freak, is it worth buying a ballsizer?

Why is it such a pain in the ... to take an Iframe off?

and last
my rt valve seems a little tighter than my classic was in my body/rail?

-From.. 650+ i like it around 700

-To fast.. im going with jack & cokes's 34

-I dont think so? use the freak inserts to fit the paint

i thought j&c's was the x.. but its the same valve, just alum not ss

The RT's back part is alum vs SS for the clasic valve, So It is lighter. The X valve is even lighter.
