ULE body. Anyone own one besides me ?

Ok does anyone own a ULE mag body yet ? i do and i love it u all ( who have mags) should get one. I only have one problem the old ball detent from the mag makes it where it wont fit on snug enough anyone know how i can fix this ?

I'm pretty sure you just take it out. It's pressed in so put something from behind(like a nail or a punch) and hit it with a hammer and it should pop out.

uhhh what are you talking about? the ULE ball detent? a barrel nubbin? or the twist lock?

I dont know if it is a twist or the barrel nub in it is the thing that stops ur balls in the stock mag. i think that would be the barrel nub in ? anyway i took the spring and the pin out and the plate is in my way how do i get the plate off?

Okay...

Take EVERYTHING you can off of your rail. EVERYTHING.

Flip rail upside down. Take a hammer. Aim Carefully. Tap. HARD. I'm talking, beat upside the head hard.

That's about all to it. Don't miss or Overdo it!

pretty much, strip your mag down to the rail, put it upside down on a hard surface, and give the twist-lock a good whack ro 2 with a hammer. Should pop right out.
