    Emag No shooty

Ok.. Sent the rail out to Get ULE'd, got a ULE Frame from Tuna, took about 2-3 weeks to get it all back... and I am not real sure I put the grip assembly back together right.

I followed the diagram, and assembled it like the PDF's show, but I cant get any juice. Nothing works when I put it all together.

Now the ULE grip frame did not come with a little silver thing stuck in the end hole for a battery contact. I put a steel screw in the hole. Could this be the problem?

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks

here's a crazy idea for ya.
I can take it to IAO and have the techs go over it if you like. I'm leaving tonight after work.

What voltage does the battery read after you charge it?
Does the battery get hot while its on the marker?

You say you replaced the screw for the positive terminal contact? Did you also make sure that the metal part of the screw can't touch the body? The stock emag uses plastic washers to make sure the screw can't touch the body when you insert it through the hole. The stock emag also uses another washer to make sure the positive battery lead to the circuit board doesn't touch the grip grame. This is important since the Emag grounds directly to the grip frame. If your positive battery lead touchs the frame, you have a short circuit.
        My feedback.

          fixed

JJ at AGD tech helped me out.

The ULE grip frame comes witht he board screw hole anodized, and it was not grounding my board out on the gripframe. Scraped the anodize off the top and now it seems to work.

          Thanks AGD
