    Mini braided hose length ???

Does anyone know the length of a Minimag braided hose to the vertical adapter. I am not sure how to measure it, to the end of threads or to the hex fitting. I want to use a foregrip extender with the same vertical adapter and a gas thru so it will clear a big drop forward. Thanks

I just bought a minimag hose from AGD. It is 4.5 inches long including the threaded ends. It appears a bit short though so I believe the length is set up to also require a quick release fitting that connects to the valve. The quick release fitting should add an extra inch or so.

Thanks a lot. I will leave the quick disconnect on there to get the valve off. I know how much the extender will add so I just need to get a hose. I didn't want to have the hose loop up too much. Thanks again.

easiest way to measure is from center of hole on valve to center ov hole on v.a. use a string (which is easier to use than a tape measure, ruler etc..) measure distance, cut string to length & measure string. if unsure add an inch. hope this helps.

You could just bring your gun in to your local shop. If the people there are nice, they will take out all of their different lengths of hose, and line them up against the gun and then pick the one with the best length for your setup. IMO, this is better than just buying one because you can see how they all look and everything, making sure you get what you want.
