I herd that if you have an e-mag that soon you may be able to upgrade to a x-mag or a similar marker( Ace and cocker threads and aluminum). like what they did when they came out with the E-mag.

You can put the ULE body on it, yes. It gives you the aluminum body and cocker threads.
As for the Xmag body kit & ACE- no. Why put out a $400 body when they can make a $1400 gun? -
This has already been talked about before. Its only available only from AGD Europe.
