I can't find any info on a different type of IC2000, so like you said I bet it's just a label. They say it works great on all sorts of applications but is the very best tire glue.
Well after two days of letting it cure completly I dry fired 200 shots. Took the valve out and the bumper looks un-touched and the foamie is firmly in place with no corners lifted up.
With super glue.. 20 shots and the foamie was gone. This looks promising
Thanks again Black, this is a great idea. Plus the gluing of the bumper! Everyone should do this. I was replacing a bumper every case of paint. I tried your grease method and it worked great, I think the glue will work even better.
