Stainless Steel Rings in the ULE body?

Just recieved my ULE body and I assume because it hasn't been anodized yet, it came with two stainless steel rings inside the packaging. My question is: in what order do I put these rings in? Do I put the bigger/flatter one in first through the back of the body and then the small cut ring or vice versa? Thanks for the help guys.

One is a washer...and that goes in first. The second one is the retaining ring...that goes in last.
