It is possible, but fairly difficult (soldering and what not) and more expensive than buying one.
Board itself is $200
Gripframe is $200
Valve is $225-$325
Rail- $80
Body- $145
Battery- $80
Battery Cover- $65
Other parts and what not.
As you can see, it's better to buy than to build. -
