alright, how about this: the bolt would be on the bottom tube, with a slot running down it, this is where the on/off would go. The valve would be mounted backwards on top, then i guess you would need some sort of a U shaped fitting either in the casting, or external. It would be very small, but would be real funky looking with the barrel on the bottom. Ha, maybe you could just get one long tube, bend it into a u, and put the internals in! imagine that!
