New RT-Pros Come With Lvl 10??

My friend was thinking about ordering an rt-pro, but he wanted to make sure first that they came with the lvl 10 upgrade. I haven't been on this forum for ages, but when I was i thought i remembered that all new valves were equipped wih the lvl 10. Is this right?

if he orders one from agd direct then he'll get an rt pro w/ an xvalve

So they haven't quite got to shipping to distributors yet? That's okay, he'll probably just order it form AGD, then. Thanks for the help, Moblie.
