boomstick: is it all its made up to be??

how accurate are boomsticks? do they add that much more distance? are they all theyre made up to be? i saw one on a mag and it wasnt that great, but then saw one on a 98 custom and it was awesome. is it just the barrel or do they suck for mags or what?
horsepower is how fast you hit the wall, torque is how far you go through the wall.

The only barrel that affects distance is the flatline. Distance will be the same with any gun and barrel at the same velocity otherwise. They are nice barrels. A lot of accuracy is depedant upon consistancy of the gun and barrel-paint match.

well i just shot my new automag with boomy just a while ago with an old small bored paintball and it shot like a dart, before i had shot it i blew it through the barrel and it was quite small but it still shot. like anyone will say it's all up to your ball/bore match, i don't know how far it would have gone as i just shot it in my backyard which isn't very large but still i was able to test the accuracy. dunno if that helps any. probably not

A .689 Boomstick is as accurate and has the same range as a .689 PVC pipe... well, a good straight pipe. :)

aren't boomys .688? either way just make sure your balls match your barrel.

2 peice barrels play havok with your gas consumtion. Not to mention good luck trying to get a Boomy spiffy clean after a break. I personally prefer old J+J hardchrome's, and Lapco's...
