    Bolt sticking, I think...

Well, I haev a calssic valve as my backup and it has been acting funny. I dont have a VCR anymoreso I can't watchmy AGD video! Here's the problem: When I pull the trigger the trigger rod is sometimes not resetting porperly. It seems to be halfway out and if I hit the trigger sometimes the gunwill fire twice rapidly. I thought it was bolt stick, so I replaced the PT O ring and it was still doing it. I then replaced the PT spacers with a set of colored ones I had gotten in a trade a long time ago. It seemed the colored spacers were all smaller than the one in there, it is a .220. I tried every spacer and the same thing happens. Am I overlooking something? Is it possibly the on/off orings or something. All the parts are stock, no zvalves or ANS parts and I do NOT have a LX in it. I showed Tuna at AONJ Yesterday and I forgot to buy a pars kit from AGDJon (Stupid me!) So I will have to run out and get oneif I need it. If anyone can let me know I would appreciate it. Thanks.

i just got a valve and it seems like it was doing something similar. Just take it apart, wipe the orings off, lube it up, and try it again. that cured my problem

check your bolt and sear for wear.

I checked thebolt and sear as well. They both seem fine. I replaced the PT orings and tried all the spacers I have. I was going to try and replaving all the on/off orings, but I am waiting for a parts kit for that. We will see.

Try taking the on off assemembly out and apart, cleaning the pin off, making sure nothing is holding it in there. Lube it as well.
