    x mag problem

I bought a X mag serial # 12 at the iao used from wonder pug. There is a couple questions i have to ask. And i was told that I have an IOU from tom for a barrel. Also the sollenoid froze in the closed position at a tournament last weekend. It will close by pulling the trigger but does not open again.

Sounds like the solenoid plunger is probably bent. Check your owners manual, it tells you how to inspect it and correct the problem. You can also search this forum, I know there was a recent topic about this. Not a bad idea either if you have a qualified AGD tech in the area to check the whole thing out anyway.

I spent some time on the phone with an automag tech and after i moved the solenoid with my finger a bit it started to work properly. Now i just have to set up my lvl X right and I will have one of the best markers I have ever seen and shot

might wanna put a little grease on the plunger to keep it from stiking again

I thought you weren't supposed to put any grease or lubricants on the plunger?

I did it to mine and didnt notice any problems, not to say that everything I do is correct

i also thought that you are not susposed to put any sort of lubercant on an electric solenoid plunger
it will just gum it up and make it jam again
but if the problem happens again i will not hesitate to douse the thing with some wd-40
