Can a Classic valve be used in an E-Mag?

Just a question... I don't have any plans on doing this but...

Emag valves work in Classics, why wouldn't classics work in Emag's? Anything needed to change On/off pins? Longer or shorter?
Hey Zero, how much did that Chipley cost ya?

I don't see why not. With the proper on/off pin length it should work fine. Considering most Emags are capped at 16bps anyway, the 16bps Classic valve shouldn't have too much trouble keeping up. I'd love to try it but don't have a Classic valve handy.

yes it can but to make things simpler just swap the entire on off assembly.

of course it works, i had one

all you need is the quad o-ring, the e-mag on off assembly, a .712 on/off pin, and you are good to go.

and yes, the classic will cycle 16 with no problems, as long as it has a new reg piston assembly. it is a amussing to have a classic valve and minimag body on an e-mag frame, a lot of people look at it and just wonder, and then in hybrid it bounces at 11 bps and their jaw drops.

thats a good idea future mag owner but you cant do that with the on/off there different sized holes in the whole valve assembly.

Actually, the retro on/off assembly will fit and work in the classic valve. You have to worry about short stroking when manually firing but electronically you should be fine.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.
