    older mag needs help

we purchased an automag over ebay and it hasn't been working all the time. it burps and spits and stutters and sometimes double fires. we have replaced the sear assembly, the gripframe installed a level 10, replaced all orings and changed the rail which was an aftermarket, we also changed the bolt. all to no avail. it will work sometimes and other times it won't. it is an 68 automag aprox. 10 years old and has been looked over and serviced many times by a trained airguns technician. it has no stars and i was wondering how much it would cost to send in the gun and have it worked on at the factory.
    thank you for any replies.

    Send That Baby Off!

It's actually a very nice deal. You request an autorization number (go to the www.airgun.com website) and once you get one you can send in your gun (just the gun with ONLY the ADG parts, no aftermarket rails/sightrails/bolts etc.)

For $45 flat rate, they tear the whole thing down, repalce ANYTHING that needs to be replaced (with a few exceptions) and fine tune the marker.

I was delighted to have this done. I bought my classic RT from a local store and it was WELL used. I sent it off to AGD and got all new o-rings, bold, spring, and even a new rail. I think is the best safty net out there if you buy a crapped out Mag that has been abused, AGD fixes it right up!
