how to take off Barrel Twist Lock Assembly

Barrel Twist Lock Assembly , how to take it off ?
after i clean my marker, it kind of stuck and i can't twist my barrel in. i tried to remove the spring from the bottom but i guess i need to take it all out.

do you just tap it from the bottom ?

Nylon headed hammer works the best. Hit it from the bottom.

A drill press with the chuck closed and a block with a big hole in it will work too (unless you have access to an arbor press or bench vise).

I just used my old Sl-68 to hammer it out!
