How reactive is the x valve

I currently have a 68 powerfeed, intelliframe and level 10 bolt and 12v feeder.. I want to go to the x valve but want to know how reactive it is. Does it go direct from single pull to 24bps or can you modulate? Any suggestions will help. thanks

It fires as fast as you pull. It's not a full-auto. If you can pull 12bps, it will shoot 12bps. The only "reactive" thing about it is that the trigger is pushed back to firing position faster than you can release it. So it gives a little kick. That's all.

Some say it's lighter. Some don't. Really, you aren't changing the pull weight unless you put the Ultra Light Trigger assembly in.

Let me ask another way. At $225 turning in my stock valve I hope to get a very different feel from the gun. My guess is that I can pull 3-5 pbs on the intelliframe now. With the x valve I would hope to double that at least double the rate of fire. Does the x valve change the way the marker reacts and can even an old guy expect a siginificant increase in rate of fire??

Really appreciate your feedback, what do you think?

You'll definitely see a difference. But you won't get the almost full auto that people get from the Tippmann RT. They work completely different.
