I have a 68 Automag w/stock vavle(not classic) and when I air it up everythings fine. After I shoot once, a slight leak appears out the back. I assumed it was the velocity so I turned it down 1/4 turn and the leak stopped. I tried firing it once and the leak appeared again, same ammount of air shooting out the back. I turned it another quater turn until it stopped leaking, tried another shot, same thing. Same small leak out the back. Is the velocity still too high, or is something REALLY wrong with it? Thanks.

you might want to try changing the piston oring or changing the spring pack, first change the regulator seat then try all that other stuff.
With a mag, the o-rings are usually the only thing that goes wrong, always start by replacing the cheapest item first, Piston oring, REg. seat, then spring pack. If that doesn't work, replace all the orings, if that doesn't work call AGD.
