    ULE mainbody questions

    Hello all,

I am looking at getting a ULE body for my classic. I have 5 questions about this.

    1. My mag is a powerfeed left. Since the new ULE bodies are center feed, will my current barrel work with them? My barrel is a RT by AGD.

    2. Accourding to AGD, the ULE is treaded for Autococker barrels, again, does this mean that my old barrel will not work with it? If not do I just buy any Cocker barrel?

    3. Accourding to AGD, the ULE's verticle feed is threaded for Angel acces. I am using a 12V Revi with an elbow. Will I need anything special to attach my hopper to the ULE?

    4. Will AGD be coming out with a powerfeed left version of the ULE and should I wait for that or is the vert. feed better?

    5. I have a Hyperframe on my mag. Will this work with the ULE? If so will it require anything special to make it work?

    Thanks for your time,
    Bryan

    1. NO
    2. your old barrel will not work just buy any cocker threaded barrel
    3. the vertical feed tube is angel threded so if want to but an angel feed tube on u can. all u need to do to use your 12V Revi is take off the elbow and put the hopper straight in the vertical feed
4.I dont think they will come out with powerfeed versions. The vert. feed is better anyways if u look around everyone seems to prefer it.
    5. as far as i know the hyperframe works with the ULE no problem

      thanks Moocow

      Moocow,

Thanks for the info. As someone who has used this forum before and come away more confused, your reply has been very helpful.

The only thing that I have not liked about my mag is that it is heavy. In the summer months here in Alabama it gets really hot and I tend to get tired. Having all that extra weight does not help.

Any suggestions on a good light weight barrel? I have seen the adds for the stiffi and other carbon fiber barrels but I don't know much about them.

      Thanks again,
      Bryan

Stiffi barrel is AWESOME. You might want to consider a barrel kit (Scepter) if you play at different fields w/ different paint. Otherwise, the Stiff would be great.

Dye barrels are awesome, so I would suggest an ultralite, I would assume by it's name it's really light, but have no personal experience with the barrel.
