    E-Mag overheating?

Last night when I was playing with my E-Mag, I noticed that the grip began to get hot, very hot. I called out, and took the gun in the back to look at it, and the frame stunk like something was burning, and the solenoid (that's that little piston in the grip frame, right?) was burning hot. I removed the battery just as a precautionas well. What the heck could have caused that?

Your 18V transistor on the board most likely "popped". Look on the board at the top of the board you'll see a chip with three legs on the bottom and one wide leg on the top. Look to see if that looks like it's burnt in any way.
