I just got my e mag and I can't seem to get it on! It turned on the led display for about a second and then powered down. The battery IS charged and I just don't know what could be wrong with it. Any help would be much appreciated, also, is there a .pdf file for the manuel on this?

I figured out what it was. It was this little screw that holds the board tight being loose. I tightened it, and it would flicre on and off, and I found the perfect spot for it to stay on, but if I move the gun around it goes off, ne ideas? I was thinking a shim used as a washer would maybe do it, if it's not to big.

Up for any help at all. The screw wasn't stripped, and even when it's tight the board has to be jiggled to get it to come on, and after a few shots it goes right back off again, what's the deal?

I have another idea... take the battery apart. There should be a black O-ring in the bottom. If you don't have it or if you have the wrong one the battery might come disconnected from the gun during firing. Next, make sure that the battery pack's field strip screw is tightened with an allen key. The last thing you should check is that the ground screw is tight (don't over tighten this one). This screw can be found by removing the left grip panel and looking just above the LED. Once you checked all the connection points, you need to use a voltometer to check your battery after you charge it.
You shouldn't need any shims around this screw and I wouldn't add any if I were you. Check the things I listed and let us know.

Yeh, I Ddon't have the o ring, I have a spring. The battery is definitly charged, and i know it has something to do witht he ground secrew, I just don't know what. The battery pack screw is tight too. If someone would let me know like a tech or sometihng how much this is gonna cost to get fixed I'd like tog et it out as soona s possible, cuz I've tried most everything.

to follow up on what others said:
a couple of questions first:
1) do you have any electronics experience or tools (like a multi meter)
2) are you comfortable with mechanics?
If you answer yes to both of these you can prob fix your own problem.
If you answer no to either, find someone else to fix it.
First you said that the trigger adjustment screw is stripped. You need a new trigger. To install this you need a press (a drill press works fine with a small drill bit installed in the chuck backwards)You will need to press the trigger pivot pin out pushing down from the non electronics side. replace the trigger and press the pin in from the other side (anyone here sure that is the correct direction? I have not pulled mine out in over a year)
Second is the electronics side.
The marker will have problems, and look like it is not on if the trigger is agjusted too close to the frame. The stripped trigger could be causing this, so test it first.
if that does not fix the problem;
1) remove your body, rail, and left grip.
2) with battery out use multimeter to check continuity between circuit board and battery posts (under rail near battery) and the power input to the circuit board. Should be near 0 ohms. Flex and move circuit board slightly to check for a bad solder joint or broken wire. do not apply much force or you will break the circuit board. Also flex and move the wire and terminal lug at the lop of the rail to check for a bad contact there
repeat test for ground (contact located right BELOW rail) that does not pass through the rail) and the contact on the circuit board that is right above the led screen that has a screw through it. (do not check the screw, rather the pad that the screw is making contact with. there should again be near 0 ohms resistance between the two points. flex and move board slightly to check for a bad connection.
If there is no problems here, check the battery contacts. Install the battery with the yellow pin out. Use your multimeter and set to VDC 20 volts or higher (whatever meter you have)and check the voltage between the terminal lug (positive side) and the ground screw on the circuit board (negitive side) you should see approx 18 volts there. If not there is a battery contact problem. if there is 18 volts there and the trigger is adjusted right your circuit board is fried.
It took longer to type this than waht it should take you to test this. (minus the trigger replacement)
Hope this helps

In addition to lamby's great advice, you shouldn't have a spring inside your battery pack. You should get the proper o-ring from the online store. Here's a link. I used a tank o-ring and it caused my marker to reset(reboot) during rapid fire... switched to the proper o-ring and the problem disappeared.

Ok, seeing as how I don't have a CLUE what any of what yo wrote means, I"ll be either sending it out or giving it to someone who knows what there doing. How would I go bout getting this to AGD and having it fixed? Also, would a register airgun tech know how to fix this, i'd assume so, if that's the case it will be going to a local field owner tog et fixed.
