I was reading some posts about the ult trigger and how you use shims to adjust it. then someoone said you can use a lvl10 shim in place of 2 ult shims. Well I got this idea to put a lvl 10 shim in my x-valve on/off NON ULT. It was VERY reactive, but i pulled it out after only a few shots because i was afraid the shim might get chewed up and feed threw my gun, I don't know if thats even possible but i wasn't willing to risk something i just paid 225 dollars for. So thats my question can it some how ruin my gun, other than the problems that come with shortening your on/off pin like, abnormal wear of your bolt and sear, which i already know about. I just thought it would be cool to drop a shim in once in a while and rip in runaway. Also the shim is between the o-rings in the bottom and the on/off assembly. would it be better to put the shim under the o-rings?
