The internals are under pressure. You could inadvertantly shoot the valve out the back of the gun. Plus, it could chop the on/off pin in half if it's in the down position.

hmm what if i unscrew it very slowly so the pressure will go out very slowly, will that damage the internal ?

i don't want to pop my disconenct since it's loud !

Pop the disconnect, thats what its there for.

I shot myself in the neck with an on/off valve once, its not very pleasant.

get a on-off bottomline/drop other wise cant you just shoot the gun a few times and let the pressure out... or unscrew the tank to let the air out, orings are much less expensive then a new on/off pin or FSS
Last week i thought i was indecisive, but now im not sure anymore...

Turn off your on/off for your tank, then shoot out the last couple of shots and it won't be that loud or difficult to get off the QD.
