Warp feed...Can't be to slow can it?

I was playing with my new used Emag yesterday and I have the warp intellifed and a halo on the warp. Sometimes the warp just wouldn't feed, like it jammed up or something. Also, my lvl x kicked in at least 15 times out of a case, but i just but new batteries in. At the end of the day, the battery wire wasn't connected to the board anymore so i re-soldered it last night...
    Any ideas?

    Thanks

Oh man, since you havent given much info, it could be a number of things.

If it stopped working completely, then i might have been that loose connection. This happened to the battery clip on my warp, apparently it happens to a number of people.

If it was powered up, but wasn't feeding after you took a shot, then maybe you dont have the vibration sensor tuned correctly, try making it a tad more sensitive

If you were shooting really fast and the warp couldnt keep up, maybe it was the hopper feeding the warp. If your revy can only do 10 bps, then your warp cant go any faster (after the first few shots clear the warp).

And finally, if all this other stuff checks out, maybe its time to turn the 9v warp into a 12 or 18v warp, by wiring up a couple of 9 volts or finding alternate types of batteries (like tapping into your emag's battery).

    Hope this helps!

Yea, I already replaced the 9 volt connector with one from radioshack. I have a halo on my warp...So I highly doubt I was outshooting the hopper. I had the warp intellifed to the trigger so it wasn't the vibration sensor...

        ahh, one last idea...

maybe the urethane rings arent gripping the paint well?

one idea is that the paint might be smaller and not picked up well. Or if you're mixing paint, the bigger paint might not let the smaller stuff get picked up.

have you oiled the urethane rings? i've heard this helps the discs pick up 'dry' paint. Apparently oil actually allows the discs to grip the paint better, pretty weird considering oil is a lubricant.

After this, i dont know much else that could be the problem....

If it was sputtering or going slow that could also have to do with a poor connection. My warp did the same thing. Its one of the only things from AGD that will usally need to be repaired. Just give her a GOOD soldering job and be careful when replacing batterys.
Some other measures to take are check to make sure your hose isnt bent too sharply or paint wont feed through it smoothly.
Also I find certian paint plain wont work with my warp. Certian batches of Big-Ball Ive had to give up on completly. Too big for the wheel.
          Hope I helped.
          Nate

how fast is a properly working warp supposed to feed? my aquatience (couldnt really say friend ) said he was using a warp on his imp and he"shot way to fast for it so he hates warps" he claims to be shooting 15-16 and the warp wasnt feeding, is this true?

On 12 volts they should be getting like 20 and on 9 it should be about 15-16...but no way in heck was i shooting 15 bps

a warp with a 12v mod should do alot faster than 20bps.
I dont sit around and test these things but I hear they are capable of 32bps.
They are the fastest loader out there.

oddly enough, my warp loves big ball. Guess its a matter of what you play with.

I pretty much stick to big ball and PMI premium.

And big ball isnt actually that big, PMI premium is actually a larger caliber. But then again, compared to some diablo brands, PMI paint is much bigger.
