i frequently play at an indoor field and the velosiy limit is about 250. will the level 10 go down that low?

Input pressure isnt ball velocity....you can adjust your fps to what ever you like under 300 feet while feeding your valve what it needs. ir (500 - 1000) Classic vs. uber reactive xvalve

i can get mine down to around 160 or so(I made an indoor feild in my basement so i had to get it as low as possible for the rubber paintballs) and up around 380(completely by accident) and this is all with the shortest spring

I use the middle spring and I can chrono as low as 200 before I get bolt stick and it refuses to fire. Using the longest spring, the lowest I could chrono before bolt stick was 265.

So if you run into bolt stick trying to drop down to indoor velocities, just switch to a smaller spring.
