Star on classic valve

    Star on classic valve

    I have one star left on classic valve, I think I got a peice of my on/off missing if I send this in will the star cover this so there will be no charge?

    i wouldn't send it in just for a missing piece. they'd charge you anyways
    i believe they only replace the soft parts(the orings, bumper, etc) and charge for the hard parts(someone correct me if i'm wrong on this)

      well if your missing a pin or something cheap like that and you're somewhat mechanically inclined I would just buy the part and fix it myself. That would save a ton of time considering how long companies take for turn around time and if you hold onto your star it will give your valve better resale, or you'll have when there is something seriously wrong with the valve.

        Nevermind guys I called them and they just sent it out to me..........for free and they would have cost about 15.00 bucks if I had just bought them.
