y-grip and drop question?

    y-grip and drop question?

    I have a huge dod drop with on/off and Im geting a y-grip will that put my tank way to far up or what? If so does someone wanna trade me drops it is chrome only used one time. thanks, matt

    The Y-Grip will only put the tank up an inch or so. I think it will be fine though, the change didn't bother me at all.

      sorry for robbing the thread, but what kinda drop will fit under the gas thru? i mean, there is only like an inch between my grip and the fitting on the gas thru.. it will have to drop about an inch to clear it..

          1: get a shorter foregrip

          2: get a shorter drop so it doesnt go near the foregrip

          3: don't run a gas-thru grip setup, just run an airline from the tank to the valve


          thoes are just a few choices

            What I did was cut and drill a small piece of steel to fit between the grip frame and the drop. I used 1/4" square steel rod for this. I will post a picture once I figure out why the digital camera isn't working.
