What is the best method? I was thinking of using the wire brush on a dremel then the cloth 1 to buff it back out. Is there a better way? also what is a good compound to use if any?

You need green compound for stainless steel. Black will work too but takes alot longer. Dont mess it up. Send it to me and I will polish it up for you.
