    Shootdown/ROF

What would I need to do if my minimag has major shootdown? And from what I see I should be able to shoot this thing faster than I currently can. It's a standard mini mag with an Intelli. No lx, X-valve, rt, etc. I can shoot it about 4 or 5 bps and then it sputters (could just be me shortstroking it but I doubt it). Do I need a spacer kit? Please, I'd really like to solve this problem.

    -thanks

try turning up the velocity. make sure u have a full tank too. if u have an adjustable tank, make sure the output pressure is more than 800.
Yummy yummy yummy, I've got fun in my tummy.

I'll try turning up the velocity. I have a standard screw in 68/3000 PMI pre set tank. So whatever the pressure is for one of those...

It's just that some of the fields I play at require lower velocities, like 260 opposed to 280 like the other fields I play at. Any other possibilities?

      -thanks

You could be short stroking. Also, check you bolt spring and replace it if it is worn. It should extend about 1/4" past the end of the bolt tip.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.
