Warp Feed Question...Plz Help!

hey guys i just got a used warp off of ebay and im having some trouble with it.

the good news is it works, but not very well....it has a shaky mod for 2 9v batteries but the balls arent even making it up the tube...theres like no power in it at all, and yes they batteries are fresh...they just go fro mthe hopper to the other side of the wheel and stop and spin in place

also, the frction disks wiggle alittle from side to side...how can i fix it?

hmm First check the soldering or the connections on the 2 9v battery clip connecter and how well the connections are connected to the board. if that dosent work, check the cams or teeth that turns the spin discs, are the teeths warn down? or check the hmm belt that turns by the motor (i think its an oring stretched) or see if the spin discs are tightend down they shouldnt wiggle side to side, are they bent?, try flipping the spin discs to see if that grips the paintballs better
