    autococker feedneck

how is the autococker feedneck attached on older right feed autocockers i.e. 99 cockers? Is it epoxied in, or sweat soldered in, or (fill in blank here)???

Can it be taken out with some heat to expand the surrounding aluminum?

Any help at all would be greatly appreciated...

there is a touch of epoxy on the feed but it is primarilly just pressed in. there in lies the problem of it's removal. but don't kid youself pulling it out isn't the major issue it's putting it back in. the proccess of pulling it out crimps the end in the body to put it back in you will need a ring sizer to flare it back out so it fits tight and proper. otherwise the tips stick too far into the breech and catch the bolt. i assume your looking to mill this a/c i hope it comes out good.

      Um...

Ok I got it out, but where would I be able to buy a replacement feedneck? I kinda distorted this one quite a bit.

you could try asking worr games for one but they'll probably won't you to send it to them or you could e-mail me your info i have a spare one that came off a black cocker i've since turned into a cut away. which ever your more comfortable with. a feed neck isn't generally going to be at your local store.

Um... right. Maybe instead of you being such a smartA$$ you should learn to look at the post dates and not bring up ancient threads.

Also this tech forum is for all kinds of guns... as quoted directly from the description of the forum, "This is the forum for trouble shooting your Airgun Designs products, including the Automag, RT, E-Mag, and WarpFeed. Also a great place to ask technical questions about non AGD products. An Airsmith's homeroom!"

Oh and thank you very much for your useful response...
