ule trigger in classic mag, need help.

i have installed a ULE trigger mod in my classic mag.
i have tried 0 to 6 shims with no difference.
i have had level 10 installed for some time now.
    (10 cases of paint easy)1.5 carrier & 2 shims.
runs like a dream with my original on/off set up.
output pressure from reg is about 950-1000 psi.
(if i turn it down level 10 doesnt work)
    can any one help.

The ULT is NOT DESIGNED FOR THE CLASSIC VALVE. More than likely you will not get it to work as well as you want.

Now, does it just not fire, or does it chuff and the bolt stick? Oil it well, and use the biggest possible LX carrier.
Sadly the mag is gone, moved on to an LCD Trix

The ULE is nto inteded for the classic valve, because it takes much more reactivety to push the trigger back, and the classic lacks of reactivity therefore it takes alond time to reset the trig. Also you should find that you short stroke much more because of this.

i have a ult in my classic which i put in the other day, it will work with no problems but not as fast,
its lighter and you can notice the reactivity but its not strong, i dont have lvl 10 so that may be your problem

Try to put more shims in. Use extra LVL 10 shims if you have to. I have a LVL 10 and ULT installed on a classic valve and that thing shoots awsome. I think I have 4 ULT shims and 2 LVL 10 shims in mine, so try any combinations you can

it says you can put it on any 2 oring valve, which you can, but Tom reccomends against using it in a classic due to poor kickback.

                silentdeath...

just curious as to what you did to your ULT to get it to fire "awesome" in the time since you posted you get a moderate amount of bolt stick?
