Thank you for responding. Sorry for not explaining myself well.

      1. My foregrip has a nipple connector and my remote connects to it. I have looked thru it and I cannot see the other side.

      2. Is there air going thru this rail?

      3. As far as to the screws my question is if 1 screw is missing?

      Thank you,

      RT

http://www.automags.org/forums/showt...2&highlight=RT Pictures in this thread may help. The front grip is a gas thru. It could be taken off so screws holding it on are not needed. Site rail screws are also not needed. The set screws on the back need to be there, except for one which would need the air line hooked to. Yes, air goes thru the rail in the back. The part referring to an RT Pro confused me. An RT Pro has a valve like other mags and the air goes directly into it. I think I answered everything?

          He has it right there

Unlike the RT Pro, the Classic RT has a lot more interesting stuff built onto it.

1). Yep its a gas through. there is also an inline filter that is located at the foregrip end of that steel line.

          2) I see people move that whole forgrip unit one set of screws forward. They do this to extend the grip for their comfort and it won't hurt anything.

          3) the sight rail can be removed, it's really for cosmetics.

          4) However those 6 screws on the rail (and the 2 tiny ones on the back) need to stay in. Unlike the RT Pro the Classic RT has the air run through the rail which gives you the option of plugging other things into those holes (a gauge, a quick disconnect for a remote line etc.) It's kinda neat actually but I don't use it.

            Magician,

Correct me if i am wrong, the picture I saw on the thread you attached to your response looked like the RT air suppy ran from the drop forward directly to the marker, am I right? Will the shots vary in distance or accuracy by removing the foregrip? I saw your RT's, Sweet, I will eventually get there.

            Z-man,

What is the function of the filter ? If needed, can I get a alternate method to filter?

Well you answered one of my questions, "moving the grip forward".

I did not like the sight rail, it's off but I have the screws in, guess I can try finding recessed screws for it.

Guy's great response times and very helpful.

              Z-man,

Is that your RT in the "see the RT" link? It's the Ferrari of RT's, ah.

What is your opinion on using a wrrp feed system on a tournament marker?

Sorry I was out for a bit.

Fist question: The function of the filter was to catch any grime or dirt that might be in the air supply. This was back when HPA was new and you were not always assured "clean fills." It's not really an issue now and I took it out in case it restricted any airflow. Bottom line: it won't hurt to leave it in, it won't hurt to take it out (it uncrews from the line; I can post picts if needed).

Second question: yep that is my Classic which I love very much! As for the Ferrari claim I am flattered but, it really comes down to your preference. Some people drool, others ho hum it. It's just a classic RT with the powerfeed cut down for a Warp an Inteilframe and a custom splash.

Warp on tournament marker? I have yet to enter one . You will hear every answer from "they are the spawn of Satin" to "it's so pimp that the women run onto the fields to meet you".

+'s it eliminates your hopper as a give away. Poping up from a laydown is really fun because people are not prepared to see the barrle first. Many people mistake the Warp as ment to just speed up your feed rate which it does but it really was designed to cut down your profile. Frees you from gravity for the most part. Shooting sidways is not a problem

-'s one more thing on your gun that want's batteries (just one). Some people don't like the extra weight, and if you get paint in the wheel, you are out of the game untill you clean it.

The best advice I can impart to you is to try one. I can tell you I like mine but again that means nothing. You may hate it..

I don't think you'll notice any diffence in using or not using the foregrip. I don't use them on most of my mags because it just makes for more fittings, which to me relates to more $ and more places for a leak!

                      Okay Guys,

When I start something I go until I am finished. With your help I feel comfortable with what I have done.

I changed out the remote system that the marker came with and I installed a drop 7" forward forward and added a duck bill with a 90 degree macro line connector, removed the quick connect under the foregrip and the stainless steel tubing going to the rail and installed the other 90 degree to it.

I left the foregrip without the connector for comfort in handling. My wife loved it so I guess she will use it.

Can't live with her, Can't completed my three player team without her.

As soon as I replace my digital camera that was stolen I will post a pic.

Once again Guys, Thank you for all your help.

Cool, my wife is has no desire to play, which comes in handy for times when we are driving each other crazy! I also just noticed that your birthday is the day after mine, just a few years earlier tho
