Wow wierd mag problem? First time ive seen it happen..

Hey, this mag I have wont shoot, or leaks down the barrel when I gas it up.. BUT when I press on the back of the valve hard then it will shoot normal. I replaced the spring, oiled it, replaced the pt oring, its at .215 spacer.. brand new reg seat and everything.. the only thing I think it could be is maybe the rail bushing.. because there isnt one on this mag.. when I plop this valve into my ULE Y framed mag it works perfectly and I can rip on it.. I dont know what it is?
