    valve

    you know how on side of the x valve there r 2 white lines that r lined up, what would happen if i move then so they are not lined up.

    I could be wrong, but I have assumed that this is simply to help you get the torque right when screwing it on. Too lose and you might not seal up tight. Too tight and you may risk stripping the threads or risk not being able to get it off again.

    That's my guess.

      You line them up when you put the halves together, but the halves may rotate during use so that the lines are off a bit. It is ok. The lines are a guide.
      Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.

            if u dont line em up, the field strip screw wont go in. cuz its on the back half w/out the lil pin thingy 4 the z lock system. line them up as close as possible 2 get the screw in there

              The field strip screw is on the front half. The z pin is in the back half to prevent the valve back from unscrewing during use. It also helps line up the valve so that the on/off and the field strip screw holes are in the right place when you put the valve in the gun.
              Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.

                    sorry to bother anyone here...

                    just doing a search for spare screw to hold mag together..field strip screw and the other(dont know name) does anyone have spares to hook me up with?

                    I dont wanna pay retail for them on airgun.com..

                    any help would be grand..thanks
