I know that I'm not supposed to do it, and I havn't. The previous owner did. Well I've owned the gun for a while and nothing has gone wrong, and nothing is worn on the sear. Can anyone explain what messes up when you adjust the rod length? I know that you can dramatically shorten the trigger pull. I also realize that it may throw off the engage point and the axis will be thrown off as well. But how long will it last if you do adjust the lenght, before the gun goes full-auto?

Im presuming when you say order 'one' your referring to a new sear. You can order one now by calling AGD.
