    Bent sear or bad battery?

How much power does the solenoid need to trip? I put the voltmeter on the battery and it's reading 16.79 volts. The reason I ask is because my gun isn't firing in e-mode or hybrid. The trigger is setting off the HES sensor because I can see the solenoid twitching and the shot counter is reading shots. The plunger just isn't going all the way down to cycle a shot. It will work in manual mode, so I'm thinking I may have a possible bent sear or a bad battery because if 16.70 volts isn't enough to trip the solenoid completely then I'm only getting 4k off a full battery charge? Any ideas? I have lubed the crap out of the on/off pin, so that isn't the issue.

If you're getting anything less than 17v on your battery after charging it over night, then you have a bad cell in the battery.

I'll have over 18v after charging it overnight, but after 4k shots it's down to 16.79...is that a bad cell?

Based on your reading, your battery is fine.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.

I had touble with my eMag not firing in electronic mode. The sear was dragging on the safety. "Twisting" the rail when tightening the front screws fixed the problem.
