Could he have a bad gauge on his flatline, so what he thinks is 950 is only 600?

x valves are identical to retro valves except made out of alluminum. This may change the amount of kick because your gun is a lot lighter but I'm pretty sure it has no effect at all on the responsivness.

I don't see any other solution other than your gauge is not workin right. Have you tried it with another tank? That would be the smart thing to do so you know that it is the tank and not something in the valve. Are you running it through a vertical reg or a gas thru grip, because one of those could be restricting the flow hinder the recharge rate.

lol dude, waiting till you get a new tank to try a differnet tank on it . Just use a friends tank to tinker around with your gun and see if it helps any. Hey thats what all-day-air is for (if your at a field ofcourse)

Almost. The aluminum vs steel is not the issue. AGD fattened up some components of the RT valve for the Pro's and Emags to slow down the valve a bit. THe Classic RT's have lighter parts and thus *theoretically* are faster recharging. This, whether true or not, has little effect in actually play because both valves will spit out paint as fast as the Halo B can get it in there(around 22-23bps). Anyone will tell you that my RT Pro is every bit as fast as my Classic RT. The faster recharge probably is noticable around 27+ bps, but I am just guessing now.

In any event I did not get to mess with your RT as TAG man I am sorry. I wanted to tryout my Max Flow on your RT. If it behaved the same as mine, then you would know that it's your tank, but if not then something in your valveing is different. If you are going to be in the area of Monterey sometime PM me and Ill come meet you and we can fiddle with it or find a high flow tank to mess with up there.

hehe sorry for the late entrance. I tend to drift...

Another thought... although the turn-around time is a pain, if it's not the tank you can always send it in to AGD (if you have atleast one start left ofcourse) or if your planning on going to some event that will have an AGD booth they will fix it there. I would just go out this weekend to wherever you play and ask your buddy to let you hook his tank up to your mag and see if it'll shoot. My last idea... I'm not sure if this would be an effect but did you mess around with the sear or on/off pin length? Just brainstorming good luck.
