    Trigger question

I just bought my first minimag and it came with a single trigger and a composite frame. I was wondering if I could put a double trigger on the frame. I realize by doing this I will have to cut away the trigger guard, but that's not a problem for me. Are there trigger shoes that I can buy for a mag? I'm being cheap right now so I don't want to buy a new grip frame just yet. Thanks for any imput.

Yeah, you can hack off the trigger guard and put on a double. Just about all tournements and some fields require a gaurd though.

Thanks. I'm not worried about legality though, I work at my local field and pretty much get away with anything.

Just save a little cash and find a used 2x benchy frame.
Yeah its long and sloppy but its also cheap and easy

They go for $30 or so

That's just lame. Because you work there you can set a bad example for everyone, but get away with it? "Do what I say, not what I do" right?

Just because you work there doesn't mean you are immune to accidentally bumping the trigger...

I think you got the wrong impression, I don't abuse my status at the field. I am responsible for what I do, no one else.

Why do you think it is tricky to put on? Its the same as putting a stock frame on.
