what do the size in carriers do?

    what do the size in carriers do?

    Why are they different sizes in carries? What do you the shims do? tell me how do get more reactivity.

    The different carriers change in inside diameter as you go from one carrier to another.

    This allows you to snug or loosen the oring inside it.

    Shims alter where the oring will seal on the bolt in relation to the vent hole on the bolt stem.

    Reactivity- the right way to do it is to increase your input pressure with an adjustable output tank.

    DO NOT shave your on/off pin. The difference from working to not working is .015. If you can't keep those tolerances, don't do it.

      I have the carrier with one line on it and only one shim. does that should like a right or good set up? it works but i short stroke and reactively sucks. what should i do? please help someone.

        Setups are different from gun to gun, from oring to oring.

        Reactivity- buy an adjustable tank and run higher than 800psi into the gun. That's your option.
