    minimag w/lvl 10 CO2 vs HPA

I have what I hope is a dumb question. I have a minimag with the lvl 10 and was running fine with HPA, well it ran out and all I had was CO2. I put it in the ASA that goes through a ACI stage 4 exp chamber, it works fine for about 20 shots (not fired very fast but not really slow)then gas starts leaking down the barrel, then stops. Then repeat when I pull the trigger, the shot is very underpowered. Now when I use a remote all my problems go away. And things work fine. Is this just the way CO2 works with the automag/minimag or is this something to do with the lvl 10 or is there something else like spacers?

    Any help would be great.

    TIA

I bought the whole set used, so I do not know the actual age of the lvl 10. What are you thinking?

      Thanks

Was thinking that it might be a Level 10 issue. Try going to a 1/2 size smaller carrier.

Was the CO2 screwed into a horizontal ASA? If the setup was horizontal then you could get liquid into the valve even with an expansion chamber. That is why it works much better when run as a remote. If you were to use an ASA that sloped back or had an antisiphon tube in your tank, then you could run the CO2 on your gun.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.

I believe you are absolutley correct. I will now run as w/remote when using CO2

            Thanks
