    I think Im screwed

As i was taking apart my vlave i noticed a teflon o ring in the on off valve was worn out. I replaced in, but i guess i put it in worng. As i went to put it in i pushed the on/off in too far, and now i can't get it out. Any suggestions??

How is it in too far? You forgot to put the top in or something?
Well, if you screw on the reg, and put a little gas in it, it will shoot out.
Or what I do is to stick something thin down the power tube and use that to work the on/off up. You could break something like this though.

Well, the eay way to get it out is to cup it in your hand and give it a REALLY quick gas up. This will shoot the on/off bottom out. The other way is to use a paper clip or dental pic and try to pull it out by the center hole.

BTW, chances are you forgot to put the on/off top (brass piece) in before you put the on/off bottom in. Don't sweat it, it's happened to everyone atleast once

The safest way is put the whole thing together then gas it up, it will only shoot out as far as the body rail. Not much chance of you injuring yourself.

happened to me and the easiest way to get it out is put a cloth over a wood table and over the valve and hit the valve on the table, it will come out after like 4 hits

It's too late but I just take the proper size allen key and gently push it in. I then spiral it back out and the on off assembly comes right out. By the way to do this you obviously need the on/off pin out. It doesn't damage the on/off either. As for the gassing up thing, it's not to safe. Specially if you left the pin in.

Taking mags apart is fun, its even more fun when you don't know what you're doing

I left the on/off top out once.. I sat there slamming the valve into a table for a while.

Thank god for sturdy AGD steel!

                          haha
