    on/off classic valve leak

    OK i got this leak in the on/off valve and think wat it is but want to make sure. when i gas up the marker it start to leak pretty bad out of the on/off assy. until i pull the trigger back but still hisses enough to hear. think its the whole on/off thing and need replacing. yes,no

    Take the on/off assembly out and clean everything. Inspect the condition of the o-rings beofre you reinstall. If you have an o-ring kit, put new o-rings in the on/off assembly. Apply a bit of proper oil on the rings help seal them.
    Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.

      yeah i took out all the o-rings and replace them and it still leaks i think i marr the inside of the bottom of the on/off when i had to pull it out with a l-wrench

        Maybie you damanged somthing pulling the on-off out with a wrench?

            Does it look like you took a chunk out of it, or scratched it somwhere where it seals?

              there isn't chunks tooken out. i think the on/off bottom got marred on the inside of it. just enough to break the seal on the top white o-ring.

                  i sratch it when i was oulling it out with a hacked l-wrench. i figure the problem out. just need to put in NEW o-rings
