Ok i am fed up with the xmag/e safetys, i read all the threads about how to fix it, but oiling and cutting spring does not help one bit, was like this ever since i got it. I cannot push the safety in. Any ideas?

Take some wet/dry paper and "ream" out the hole for the safety and use a small needle file to clean out the hole for the spring and the ball. If the ball can't go down in the hole easily, you'll have a hard time pushing the safety back and forth.Comment

Mine does this as well. I find that if I simply rotate the safety, usually it will go. I dont really use the safety though, just turn the electronics on and offComment
